Trust Is Not Endless
March 5th, 2018
What toxic people don’t understand is that after time our trust will run out. We get to a place where our trust doesn’t have anymore refills. It may take us many betrayals until we finally have had enough, but once we have reached our enough-place, we will find the power to leave these toxic people behind. Even after we leave they will try and test our availability again, but once we’re done we’re done and this actually shocks them. Even more bizarre, is when we tell them that we have no more refills they have the nerve to become angry and accuse us of being mean, selfish and cruel. What a strange turn of events. We are cruel because we have decided not to allow someone to walk all over us anymore? Um, I think Not.
