Love Yourself

March 26th, 2018

If you don’t love yourself, it will be nearly impossible for you to accept love from other people. We don’t gain anything in life from being mean, manipulative or dishonest. We don’t gain anything from being in relationships with people who are toxic, cruel and manipulative. Loving ourselves means we put ourselves first. It means we take the time to nurture ourselves each day, do all we can to take care our bodies, to be a good manager of our inner voice so we keep it positive, we drop toxic people, remove comparing ourselves to others, thank ourselves for being exactly who we are, and live our life by positive affirmation. When we work on these simple areas in our lives, our lives change for the better. We are each completely responsible for our own happiness and well-being. Start with practicing self-compassion. Being kind to ourselves must be our first priority.
