Monday Mindset: Don’t Allow Insanity

April 10th, 2018

When we no longer allow insanity to be a part of our life, we give ourselves the opportunity to see how incredible life can be. There is an adjustment period we have to go through once we get the poison out. It is during this time we have work to understand and undo all the manipulation we endured. Once we get back to feeling a sense of our worth and our power, life starts to look wonderful and hopeful again. When we surround ourselves with poisonous people life feels so negative, so depressing and horribly anxiety provoking. Life is not doing that to us, the toxic people in our lives are doing that to us. We each deserve to feel happy. We each deserve to feel free to be ourselves. We each deserve to feel loved for exactly who we are. Life cannot feel good, love cannot feel good and our belief in the goodness of others cannot develop as long as we stay stuck in toxic relationships. If you don’t know how to get out, start imagining what your life would feel like without someone constantly bringing you down, imposing upon your life, trying to control all of your decisions, and disapproving of everything you do… all because they love you so much.
