You Are Worthy

June 20th, 2018

Never allow another person to get so under your skin that you start believing their perception of you so deeply that you forget who you were before you met them. Toxic people are sly enough to chip away at yourself worth that you don’t even recognize it when it’s happening. You can sense they’re never happy with you on some passive aggressive level but you decide you must be being too sensitive and keep moving. As time goes on, you start noticing that you’re insecurities are increasing and that your toxic person is being more overt in their negative commentary towards you, and any time you stand for yourself, they immediately play the victim, and you’re confused once again. When any one blames themselves with a tone of passive aggressive such as “I guess I am just the bad person” that is only being done to get off any topic that has relevance that they cannot get themselves out of with anything less than having to take ownership. Try not to let this trick you. When you know what is right deep in our soul, stay calm, stay firm and don’t acknowledge their diversion techniques. Stick to what is true regardless of how they respond. You are worthy of the truths you stand for.
