Turn Your Pain To Positive

June 20th, 2018

If you want to make a difference in your life and in your recovery, start acting like the person you want to become. If you can visualize yourself as strong, start living as strong. Anything we do that changes us forever takes practice. If you start behaving like the person you want to be, you will become that person. You cannot wait to be happy, to be strong, to be confident or motivated. These are not things you have, but things you choose to practice, be and do. You may feel defeated but that doesn’t mean you are or have been defeated. See yourself as strong, as happy and motivated and as capable. As you see these traits in yourself, all you have to do is put them into action. People can hurt, us but no one can defeat us if we’re willing to do whatever we need to do to get beyond them. It is up to you to turn your pain to positive.
